You may read the pages, follow the cited sources, and share links. Do not scrape the Road Survey frames or republish the exhibit files as if they were your own compilation.
What you send us
If you submit a message or file, you confirm you have the right to send it, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that we may keep it in the project record and use it to evaluate road, safety, financial, and governing-document questions. We do not promise to publish a submission, to investigate it, or to reply.
Do not send someone else’s private contact information, account numbers, or medical or financial details that are not needed to understand a road or community-record issue.

Letters, images, minutes, and other exhibits remain the records of the people or entities that created them. Showing them here is for community documentation. If you believe a file should not be posted, email SRPOWC@gmail.com with the page and a short reason. We will review it.
