This website is maintained by residents as a volunteer effort. Nothing here is an official act of a homeowners association, the township, or any company named on the pages.

Not legal advice

Pages summarize records and questions for community information. They are not legal advice, not a charge of wrongdoing, and not a finding that anyone has or has not broken the law. Ownership, money, and maintenance statements are research conclusions from the cited sources. They are not a title report or an audit.

Sources, not accusations

Where a document, letter, image, or public report is shown, the source is the record. Where something is still missing, the site says so. Do not treat an open question as a proven fact.

Software and AI tools

Software tools, including AI writing and research assistance, were used to help organize records, draft pages, and operate the Road Survey. A person reviews what is published. Tool output is not an independent investigation and is not published as a verified legal or financial finding.
