How submitted information is used
Submitted information may include contact details and supporting evidence. It is collected to document and evaluate community road, safety, property, and governing-document concerns.
What we collect
The Submit Information and Contact forms may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, optional street or property description, the substance of your message, and any files you attach.
How it is used
Submissions are sent to SRPOWC@gmail.com so they can be reviewed with other project materials. They may be retained as part of the project record. Submitter contact information is not published on this website.
What we do not promise
This site does not promise confidentiality or anonymity. Email and file transfer are not anonymous. If you do not want to be contacted, leave the optional contact-permission box unchecked and avoid including information you do not want retained.

Cookies and security checks
Submit and Contact use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. Cloudflare may set a cookie or similar signal as part of that check. We do not use advertising cookies or a third-party marketing pixel.
